Reference pricing, built for your workflow.

Compare responsible starting scopes for a custom AI agent, then confirm the right fit in a written proposal.

Choose by complexity, not a feature checklist.

Core, Connected, and Advanced are typical implementation scopes. Discovery confirms the workflows, channels, integrations, usage, timeline, and price in writing.

Several locations or channels, unusual usage, custom systems, regulated requirements, or work that cannot be represented honestly by a reference scope.

Setup
From $2,500
Management
From $999/month

Voice-minute allowances are examples for voice implementations. Messaging-only or automation-only work uses the channel-specific allowance confirmed in your proposal.

Compare the facts that change first.

Monthly pricing covers managed service work, not software access. Custom is scoped in writing, and your proposal remains the source for the final scope.

All prices are USD. Standard integrations are configured and tested against the agreed workflow before launch.

Capabilities without an inbound voice workflow.

Voice is the strongest demonstration, not a purchase requirement. Start with the channel or workflow causing the most friction.

Website chat and WhatsApp conversations

Sales qualification and follow-up

CRM and workflow automation

Analytics and custom connected workflows

Each capability is scoped through Core, Connected, Advanced, or Custom based on the work involved. You do not need to purchase inbound voice first.

Know what each charge is for.

The proposal separates the work to launch, the work to manage, and the usage that varies with customer conversations.

One-time setup

Discovery, workflow mapping, knowledge and access collection, building, integration configuration, scenario testing, corrections, and approved launch.

Monthly management

Transcript sampling, tuning, knowledge maintenance, routing updates, integration review, usage tracking, reporting, and included small changes.

Usage

Included voice minutes or the channel-specific allowance in your proposal, plus disclosed overages and material third-party costs.

Clear terms before work starts.

Billing, scope changes, support, and cancellation belong beside the pricing decision.

Billing
50% of setup at signing; 50% at approved launch. Monthly management is billed in advance; usage and overages are billed in arrears.
Launch price
Limited launch pricing is held for 12 months unless scope or usage changes.
Scope changes
Added campaigns, locations, departments, channels, integrations, major workflow redesigns, custom APIs, and regulated-workflow expansions are new scope. Recurring overage also prompts a review.
Third-party costs
Material telephony, messaging, carrier, registration, premium voice, or unusual provider costs are disclosed in the proposal.
Agreement and support
Agreements are month to month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Support receives same-business-day acknowledgment; this is not 24/7 human support.

Launch only after agreed scenarios pass.

Before your agent handles live customer conversations, it must pass the booking, qualification, handoff, integration, and failure scenarios agreed in the launch checklist. If it does not pass, Vocetto continues working on the agreed scope at no extra management charge until it does.

The launch-readiness guarantee excludes: new scope, client delays, changed source information, third-party outages, provider usage, and new regulatory requirements discovered after approval.

Questions buyers ask before the fit call.

A managed implementation should make its boundaries easy to understand.

Are these fixed packages?

No. Core, Connected, Advanced, and Custom are reference scopes. Every engagement begins with discovery and a written proposal confirming workflows, channels, integrations, usage, timeline, and price.

What does setup cover?

Setup covers discovery, workflow mapping, knowledge and access collection, building, integration configuration, scenario testing, corrections, and approved launch. Fifty percent is due at signing and the remaining 50% at approved launch.

What does monthly management include?

Depending on scope, it includes transcript sampling, corrections and tuning, knowledge maintenance, business-hours or routing updates, integration-error review, usage tracking, and reporting. Support receives same-business-day acknowledgment; it is not 24/7 human support.

How do usage and overages work?

The reference tiers show included AI voice minutes and a reference overage. Management is billed in advance; usage and overages are billed in arrears. Messaging-only or automation-only work uses the channel-specific allowance confirmed in the proposal.

When does the scope need to change?

We review scope when you add a campaign, location, department, channel, integration, major workflow redesign, custom API, or regulated-workflow expansion, or when overage recurs for two months.

What are the agreement terms?

Agreements are month to month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Launch pricing is held for 12 months unless scope or usage changes. Third-party telephony, carrier, messaging, registration, premium voice, or unusual provider costs are disclosed when material.

What does the launch-readiness guarantee cover?

Before your agent handles live customer conversations, it must pass the booking, qualification, handoff, integration, and failure scenarios agreed in the launch checklist. If it does not pass, Vocetto continues working on the agreed scope at no extra management charge until it does. New scope, client delays, changed source information, third-party outages, provider usage, and new regulatory requirements are excluded.
